Exhibitor Set-up and Breakdown Hours:
Thursday, October 14, 2010
- Set-up – 8am. Go to the Marriott Registration Desk for a room key. You will need a credit card to secure the room. Please use Service Elevators for all freight.
- Exhibitor Name Badges can be picked up after 10am at the RMAF Registration Desk in the Main Lobby of the Marriott.
Sunday, October 17, 2010
- Show closes at 4pm and breakdown begins. All shipping paperwork must be filled out in advance. AFC Worldwide Express outbound shipping will begin at 7pm. Please clear the loading dock area at this time.
- Everything must be out of the rooms by midnight, Sunday, October 17, 2010 for all lobby and mezzanine rooms and 10am on Monday, October 18, 2010 for all other floors. If not, the Marriott will charge your credit card for an extra day.
Internet Access:

Complimentary Wireless Internet is available in The Front Range Trading Post, The Lift Lounge and the Atrium. The Atrium is located just outside of the Front Range Trading Post and The Lift Lounge. It is not available outside any of the meeting space areas or inside of any meeting rooms. The charge for internet access is: a hard line, T1 is $225.00 and wireless drop is $500.00.
- Ibahn/Ethernet access is available in all standard rooms for a daily $12.95 charge.

Sales Tax Forms:
All sales at RMAF must include sales tax for Denver and Colorado. Both Denver and Colorado require an event application. Denver's fee is $5 and Colorado's fee is $8.
RMAF's Denver account number is 110442673 and the tax rate is 3.62%. Colorado's state tax rate is 2.9% and the special district tax rate is 1.2%. The combined rate is 7.72% and both application and payment must be submitted no later than November 18, 2010.
Below are the forms that must be filled out and sent in with payment.
Exhibitor Registration Dates:
- Early registration for RMAF09 exhibitors: Monday, February 1, 2010
- New exhibitor registration begins: Monday, March 1, 2010
- Exhibitor registration ends Monday, August 2, 2010
Please Read Below Prior to Logging In
Each Room Owner is entitled to host 6 Exhibitors per room (including themselves) and each Exhibitor is entitled to be listed in 6 different rooms. Exhibitors are entitled to 4 Exhibitor badges per room.
Registration Instructions for Exhibitors and Room Owners
1. Each Exhibitor must create an account. If you created an account last year, DO NOT CREATE A NEW ONE. Use the same login information as last year. Click on the Create New Account link on the left to create a new account.
2. Follow the instructions under the Create An Exhibitor Account page and click continue when complete. You may update this any time by clicking on the Exhibitor Login and updating your account.
3. The Room Owner(s) must add you as an exhibitor for each room you are sharing. An email invitation will be sent to you for each room. Upon acceptance, your record will be updated.
Room Owners only:
4. View Exhibitor Floorplans for room availability and note your room preferences.
5. Phone Show Director Marjorie Baumert at 303-393-7918 to book your preferred room. Marjorie will update your record to reflect room selection and amount due.
6. Download the Contract and Furniture Removal forms and either submit them online, email them to info@audiofest.net, fax to 1-877-423-0068 or mail to RMAF, 363 Cook St., Denver, CO 80206.
