All 2009 exhibitors have first sign-up rights. Please be prepared to make a commitment by Friday, February 26, as we will open the show to the audio community Monday, March 1, 2010.
The rates listed below include hotel charges and furniture removal for exhibit room(s). Exhibitors are responsible for reserving sleeping room(s) and additional costs including food, beverage, telephone and internet. Please make your reservations early to utilize the RMAF special room rate.

* The first dollar amount listed is the early registration rate; the second dollar amount is for all exhibitor registrations after Friday, March 26, 2010.
Early registration requires the first payment (50% of the total amount due) and the signed contract be received by Friday, March 26, 2010. If you prefer to be billed in installments, the first payment (25% of the total amount due) and the signed contract must be received by Friday, March 26, 2010. The four equal additional installments will be billed to your credit card monthly.
The full payment must be received no later than Monday, August 2, 2010. |
