AMG VIELLA FORTE Press Conference on Thursday, September 7th at 4pm in ROOM 7105

Date: 09/01/2019
Category: Press Releases

Please join Garth Leerer, Jon Baker, and Mike Fajen from Musical Surroundings as we introduce the AMG Viella Forte turntable. This is the US Show debut of Analog Manufaktur Germany’s “super” version of their famous Viella turntable, recent recipient of The Absolute Sounds Golden Ear Award 2019.

Forte means strong or powerful, and the Viella Forte uses new thicker materials and machining techniques. On display will include parts and sub-assemblies machined at the AMG factory for both the Viella and Viella Forte for comparison.

The AMG factory is 1.5 hours north of Munich, bordering the area known as ‘the little Switzerland of Bavaria”, Franconian Switzerland, or Fränkischze Schweiz. In addition to precision factories, high tech, and universities, this area produces very strong and powerful schnapps, which are clear distilled fruit or nut brandies. (not to be confused with peach or peppermint schnapps!)

Attendees will be able to sample Hazelnut schnapps from Haas, one of the top schnapps producers in Germany and the world.

We are demonstrating the AMG Viella Forte 12 Turbo Engraved turntable with Clearaudio Jubilee MC cartridge, Boulder electronics, Vienna Acoustics Liszt speakers, REL woofers, Nordost cabling, and HRS equipment stands in conjunction with our Denver dealer Soundings.
