Members of the press can register online between March 15, 2021 and October 11, 2021. Your press badge will be created from this information. Also, please let us know if you would like to be contacted by Exhibitors prior to opening day at RMAF by selecting Yes or No on your registration form. Please click here to register.

Can Exhibitors get a list of the pre-registered press?

Yes, all registered Exhibitors can access a list of pre-registered media (if they chose OK to contact on the registration form) through their Exhibitor portal.

Who attends the cocktail reception on Thursday night?

Exhibitors,  Press and Volunteers are encouraged to attend the welcome cocktail reception on Thursday evening from 6pm to 7:30pm in the Gaylord Rockies Colorado Ballroom D, Convention Center Level 3. Please take a moment to meet and thank the dedicated volunteers of the Rocky Mountain International Audio Fest.

Where do I pick up my press badge?

Press badges will be available starting October 7, 2021 at 10am at the RMAF Exhibitor and Press Registration Desk. Look for the PRESS designated line.

Is there a press room?

Yes, it will be on Convention Center Level 3 (meeting room TBD). You are also welcome to visit the RMAF office and enjoy beverages and snacks.
